ZIMBABWEAN DAY OF FELLOWSHIP

3rd March 2017

It was a great Sabbath day of worship, singing, learning and fellowship for those who gathered for the Zimbabwean UK Seventh-day Adventist Day of Fellowship (ZUSDAF), at Luton on 18 February 2017. ZUSDAF, the fellowship for Zimbabwean UK-based Adventists meet three or four times a year.

It was yet another beautiful fellowship day that attracted nearly a thousand people from across the United Kingdom. The guest speaker was Dr Jerome Hurst and his wife, Dr Carolyn  Hurst from Ohio, Allegheny West Conference. Dr Jerome preached an encouraging sermon in the morning while Dr Carolyn gave an insightful presentation on the 'Sanctuary Message' in the afternoon.  Pastor Pardon Chenjerai from the Huddersfield District, led a moving prayer session in the afternoon which led many people to come forward to be prayed for. The music in the afternoon was uplifting and Elder Herbert Pfende from Milton Keynes, concluded the day with a powerful vespers sermon which challenged everyone to be ready for the Lord's return. One attendee concluded "It was indeed a great day in Zion. To God be the glory."
