It was with unspeakable shock and pain that we all woke up to the blazing of the Grenfell Tower. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and their communities. The Counselling Service team is on the ground listening to people who need to talk. We look forward to providing counselling and support for the community. Our helpline 0207 723 8050 is open Sunday to Monday, 9am-5pm for support.

We all face problems in our lives whether it is relationship problems, loneliness, bereavement, depression, anxiety, abuse etc. Sometimes we can cope with these problems on our own, sometimes we can gain support from friends and family. Sometimes, however, we may need to talk to a professional. Counselling affords individuals the time and space to explore their problems and learn ways of managing them better. Counsellors do not give advice but use their knowledge and skills to help you to understand your feelings and behaviours and to make changes to improve your life.
Cornerstone Counselling Service [CCS] provides Christian based counselling for children, young people, adults, couples and families. We help people with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management difficulties, relationships, abuse, bereavement, low self-esteem etc. Although we are a Christian organisation, we do not impose religious perspectives on clients.
Our Mission Statement?
Cornerstone aims to provide an effective Christian Counselling Service to adults, children and young people, couples, and families, helping them to overcome their emotional difficulties, to promote their overall well being, thereby strengthening the whole community.
