About Kevin Johns

KevinKevin Johns is currently the Pathfinder Director and Prison Ministries Coordinator at the South England Conference and has worked in pastoral ministry for thirteen years.

He began ministerial studies at Northern Caribbean University, in Jamaica (formerly West Indies College) and graduated from Newbold College in 1995. He did not enter ministry immediately after graduating, but used his time along with the help of six other people, to found Stonebridge Seventh-day Adventist Church.

He began his internship in St Lucia, serving in the Castries District of Churches in 2000. After completing his internship, in 2001, he served as District Pastor for Cicero, Odsan, Troi Piton and Dierre Fort Churches, a newly formed district of churches.

Early 2003 He accepted a call to return to the UK, to the North England Conference, serving in the Central Lancashire District of churches. In 2008, he was called to the South England Conference to pastor the Greenwich and Welling Churches (formerly know as Eltham and Mottingham). Then, in 2010, he was appointed to the Plumstead and Welling churches until his current appointment as director of Pathfinders & Prison Ministries.

He has been married to Margaret for 23 years and they have two boys, Dwight and Aaron.
